چکیده

As a simple and highly accurate axial force management method during manufacturing maintenance of bolt-tightened structures, we examined to calculate the from images bolt head. In this method, is calculated using strain on head measured by digital image correlation (DIC) technique relationship between finite element analysis (FEA). We through two comparisons. The first was compare DIC with gauges. second obtained gauges neck. M10 bolts had mean absolute error 15 μstrain compared confirmed that can be used measure generated tightening high degree accuracy. all tests in which were applied forces 16 kN, close proof load 18 kN strength category 4.8, coefficient 1.11 based method. also 1.33 when considering geometric tolerances variations friction. calculation heads manage same or higher accuracy than conventional general torque 1.4 3.0.
